Where are meetings held?
We are more than happy to be flexible to your situation. We can visit you at your home address or workplace, you can visit us at our meeting office based in the Mount Wise development in the old Navy base in Plymouth or even conduct a Virtual meeting via Zoom - although we prefer to meet you in person at least for our first meeting.
We do not recommend meeting in a public space, such as coffee shop due to the personal, sensitive nature of our conversations.
Do I need to bring anything to our first meeting?
Although our first meeting is very much designed to get to know you rather than discussing products, it would be useful if you could bring paperwork relating to any existing policies you may hold.

Are you regulated?
Yes, we are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can find our entry on the FCA register by clicking here.
Do you receive commission?
We can only receive commission on arranging protection policies, but we prefer to work on a fixed fee basis for these, which will mean lower premiums for you.
Do you have parking?
If you visit us at Mount Wise House, there is plenty of free parking in front of Admiralty House which also serves Mount Wise House
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No, the initial meeting is at our expense. We won’t charge you to simply find out if we can help you. The initial meeting is a chance for us to see if we can add value to your circumstance, and for both of us to get to know each other better.
Are you independent?
Yes. We believe this is the best option for our clients. We are free to source the best products and funds to suit you and your requirements. We work for you and represent you.
Do you charge VAT?
For a the large majority of our work, we do not need to charge VAT. If we undertake any work for you that would be subjected to VAT, you will be informed before any charges are incurred.
